Returns
• We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
• Proof of purchase is required (order number or email).

• Items marked as “final sale”
• Items purchased with special promotions
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.
Late or missing refunds
• Refunds may take 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
• If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please contact your bank or credit card company first.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.
We will replace or refund the item at no cost to you.
Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, the order may already be processing and cannot be canceled.
